Step into the director’s chair and find your rhythm at the Music Videos Camp 1 by Creative Action! Designed for aspiring creators ages 8 to 11, this immersive two-week experience (8:30 AM – 5:30 PM) at Marshall Middle School turns the lens on artistic expression and digital storytelling. Parents can expect their young filmmakers to collaborate on every stage of production—from songwriting and storyboarding to choreography, filming, and digital editing. Under the mentorship of professional teaching artists, campers build social-emotional skills and creative confidence as they transform their original ideas into a final music video masterpiece. It’s the perfect blend of performance, technology, and teamwork. To keep your artist fueled for a full day of production, please pack a healthy nut-free lunch, two snacks, and a refillable water bottle, as meals are not provided. We recommend wearing comfortable, movement-ready clothing and closed-toe shoes for active days on set.
