Built for the serious-but-still-having-a-blast crowd, this league goes beyond the basics — players work on driving to the basket, boxing out for rebounds, fast breaks, coordinated offensive plays, and defensive structures, all in a one-day-a-week format that fits real family schedules. Practice and game day happen in the same session, so athletes apply new skills in live gameplay right away, with scores kept and rules enforced in a way that builds real competitive instincts. i9 Sports' signature sportsmanship values are woven into every session, reinforcing leadership and respect both on and off the court.
