Celebrating 50 years of helping kids grow through movement, The Little Gym of Frisco-Stonebriar offers a beautifully progressive program that starts as early as 4 months old and carries children all the way through age 12. The youngest members join parent-child classes — from Bugs (4–10 months) and Birds (10–19 months) to Beasts and Super Beasts (up to 35 months) — where caregivers get on the mat alongside their little ones to support early movement, coordination, and social development in a warm, playful setting. As kids grow, Pre-K classes (ages 3–6) channel boundless energy into structured, imaginative sessions that build physical skills while nurturing listening, socialization, and confidence — and starting at age 3, kids head into class on their own while parents cheer from the lobby. This location also offers Mini Jacks (ages 3–5), a sports-focused class where kids build throwing, kicking, catching, and striking skills through a fun mix of soccer, basketball, gymnastics, parkour, and more. Grade School Gymnastics (ages 6–12) rounds things out with beginner through intermediate tracks focused on strength, endurance, and body control. Snacks are not provided, so pack one if your child needs a little something after class.
