About
Master Howard Nixon
Co-Founder, Rowlett Martial Arts Center
Since co-founding Rowlett Martial Arts Center in 1994, Master Howard Nixon has dedicated 32 years to helping hundreds of children build confidence, strengthen their character, and discover their potential through martial arts.
His proudest achievements extend beyond the training floor. His black belt graduates have gone on to pursue successful lives and careers, including becoming doctors, surgeons, FBI agents, and Broadway musicians in New York. Their accomplishments reflect the lasting value of discipline, dedication, and perseverance.
At the heart of Master Nixon’s teaching are five essential values: courtesy, integrity, perseverance, self-control, and an indomitable spirit. He believes these qualities help children face challenges with courage, treat others with respect, and keep working toward their goals.
Master Nixon’s mission is to help every child develop the foundation to succeed in martial arts, in school, and throughout life.
