Rooted Beginnings

Young Leaders ATX is an experiential leadership program that helps children practice real-world collaboration, problem-solving, and confidence-building through hands-on projects and shared group challenges. Designed for young learners ages 7-11, the program guides students through a structured week of building, reflection, teamwork, and decision-making as they work toward a meaningful outcome together. Campers strengthen core leadership skills such as communication, planning, emotional regulation, conflict navigation, focus, and follow-through while learning how to contribute as creators and leaders in their community.
