The Mashlab is all about getting better. Yes, we rent cages and offer 24/7 memberships, but what sets us apart are drop-in training classes—no dad throwing BP, just quality, coach guided reps. We run 80+ classes a month, welcoming both members and non-members, with members receiving class credits for even greater value. ​ We're changing the game by making elite training more accessible, ensuring kids improve without breaking the bank. Baseball shouldn't be a country club sport, and we believe every athlete can get better with the right work. Even if your kid isn't a future major leaguer, the lessons learned from baseball will positively impact them for the rest of their lives.
