Capital Gymnastics

Capital Gymnastics Cedar Park is a fun, confidence-building gym on a mission to help kids grow physically, cognitively, socially, and emotionally — going far beyond the sport itself. Offering gymnastics classes for ages 1 through 7+, tumbling, ninja obstacle training, a competitive team, CAPS Preschool, homeschool programs, and private lessons, there's something for every age and skill level. During summer and school year camps for ages 4–13, campers rotate through four daily gymnastics sessions on vault, bars, beam, floor, and trampolines, plus open gym, obstacle courses, pit play, games, and arts & crafts — with a brand-new weekly theme each week to keep things fresh and exciting. No gymnastics experience is needed for camps, and kids don't need to be enrolled in regular classes to join. Kids should wear comfortable athletic clothing with midriffs covered, and bring a water bottle and a healthy snack — full-day campers also need to pack their own lunch as snacks and meals are not provided. Birthday parties offer exclusive gym access with games, contests, and a private room for cake and gifts, and Kids Night Out events treat kids to open gym, crafts, gymnastics, and a pizza dinner while parents enjoy a night off.
