Confidence, focus, self-discipline, and the ability to stand up for themselves — AMP BJJ delivers all of it, and kids don't even realize it's happening because they're too busy having fun. Located in West Lake Hills at 4201 Bee Caves Road, AMP Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Family Training Center is a welcoming, family-centered martial arts gym offering Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu classes for ages 3 and up through adults — making it one of the rare programs where the whole family can train together. Preschoolers (ages 3–5) get short, engaging sessions focused on coordination, balance, and social skills, while kids and teens progress through a belt system from white to black in 50-minute classes that build self-control, discipline, and real-world confidence in a group setting. Family classes let parents and kids train side by side, and adult classes are available for all levels. Beyond weekly classes, AMP BJJ hosts summer camps on school holidays, Parents Night Out drop-off evenings, birthday parties with age-appropriate martial arts games, and exclusive Winning Ways celebrations for kids who hit milestone achievements. The Ecological Dynamics coaching approach means kids learn through realistic scenarios and decision-making — not just drills — so skills stick and grow naturally. For your first class, just wear comfortable clothes you can move in and bring a water bottle — a loaner gi is provided for trial classes. For camp days, pack a lunch and snacks as food is not provided.
