Welcome to the Weekend Bakery, where campers will fill the pastry case with sweet and savory favorites made from scratch. Campers will prepare Cheddar & Chive Quiches, Ham & Cheese Kolaches, Lemon Blueberry Danishes, Strawberry Jam Morning Buns, and Fruit Tartlets while practicing dough work, shaping, filling, glazing, and decorating.
