This martial arts class focuses on fitness and realistic self defense techniques tested through the ages and used in actual combat. Students build camaraderie while developing discipline, confidence, and practical martial arts skills. This is a twice-a-week monthly class for teens, meeting every Monday and Wednesday at 8:00 PM.
