Summer Camp: Little Maker (One Community Church - Plano)

Little Maker is a creative STEAM camp for kids ages 4-5 at One Community Church - Plano, hosted by Club SciKidz Dallas. Designed for young builders who love making things, this camp harnesses kids' natural creativity through four exciting projects each day, many inspired by beloved children's books like Rosie Revere Engineer, Iggy Peck Architect, Interstellar Cinderella, and The Three Little Pigs. Using LEGO, Knex, and Keva construction materials, campers perform chemistry experiments, build a solar night light, grow plants, launch rockets, create yummy octopus cupcakes, build a terrarium, make ocean slime, and more. Camp runs Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 4:00 pm, with optional pre-camp care starting at 8:00 am and post-camp extended care available until 5:30 pm, both for an additional cost.
