Designed for emerging leaders ages 11 to 15, this immersive Junior Camp Counselor program (8:30 AM – 2:30 PM) is where professional work ethic meets high-octane fun. Parents can expect their teens to master the art of communication and group management as they work 1:1 with senior coaches to assist and lead groups of all ages. Throughout the week, LITs (Leaders in Training) build real-world confidence, lead high-energy games, and develop a strong sense of responsibility in a dynamic ninja and multi-activity environment. It’s the ultimate bridge for young teens looking to gain leadership experience while still enjoying the vibrant spirit of summer camp. To keep their energy high for a day of mentorship, please pack a healthy nut-free lunch, two snacks, and a refillable water bottle, as meals are not provided.
