Adventure, exploration, and a second language — all before sundown. At Didáctica Spanish Immersion Preschool's Summer Camp, kids ages 4–18 spend their days fully immersed in Spanish while venturing out to Austin's best museums, zoos, and parks on regular field trips that make language learning feel less like a lesson and more like an experience. Back at the South Center, experienced instructors weave Spanish into every activity — songs, games, storytelling, creative projects, and cultural exploration — so kids build real vocabulary and communication skills naturally, surrounded by peers in a warm and structured environment. Camp runs 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM, making it one of the most flexible coverage options in Austin all summer long. Comfortable, weather-appropriate clothing and closed-toe shoes are recommended, especially on field trip days. Two healthy snacks are provided daily — fruit is organic and all snacks are nut-free. Kids need to bring their own lunch and a water bottle each day. Whether your child is a complete beginner or already has some Spanish exposure, this camp meets them where they are and keeps them moving, learning, and talking all summer.
