In this camp, beginners will strengthen their typing and reading skills while bringing their own games and artwork to life. With Scratch’s playful, kid-friendly design, campers can build animations, create characters, switch backdrops, keep score, and design all kinds of interactive projects. Along the way, they’ll explore key coding and math concepts—like events, loops, variables, random numbers, and the coordinate grid. Through hands-on practice, students will gain confidence and become comfortable with the core foundations of programming.
