Let your child explore the flavors of Brittany in this hands-on French cooking session focused on making crepes from scratch. In Salt Air & Butter: Brittany - Teens Summer Series, students will learn how to mix batter, swirl crepes on the griddle, and build both savory and sweet fillings with confidence. The menu may include savory buckwheat crepes filled with ham, egg, and Gruyere, along with sweet wheat crepes topped with favorites like lemon and sugar, berries and cream, or salted butter caramel. Students will customize their own creations and enjoy a full crepe feast together, including lunch and dessert. This session encourages creativity, kitchen confidence, and hands-on skill building in a supervised setting. Ingredients may include buckwheat flour, wheat flour, milk, butter, Gruyere cheese, cream, eggs, ham, sugar, lemons, berries, and salted butter caramel. Please note that this class is not suitable for severe food allergies due to shared equipment and ingredients.
