About
Roblox - Code the Spooky Adventure! is a five-day game design camp for students ages 7-10 at iCode North Dallas, TX. Campers dive into the eerie side of game development, using Roblox Studio to build their own haunted adventure from the ground up. Each day, students learn to create immersive environments complete with chilling fog, flickering lights, and creepy audio, then use beginner-friendly coding to script interactive elements like creaking doors, clever puzzles, and classic jump scares. By the end of the week, every camper has crafted a multi-level horror experience in the classic Roblox style - filled with atmosphere, scares, and their own unique creative signature. Every session also includes a daily Digital Citizenship lesson on online safety and responsibility, a one-hour Personal Project Lab where campers create something uniquely their own with AI-assisted guidance, and ongoing development of soft skills like teamwork, communication, and creative problem-solving. Camp runs Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 4:00 pm, at iCode North Dallas, 14902 Preston Rd, Suite 411, Dallas, TX.
