Guitar: Pop Songs is an intermediate guitar camp for students ages 8 and up at Music Institute of North Texas in Frisco, TX. Designed for guitarists with music reading ability and some prior experience, this camp dives into the latest hits from contemporary artists like Billie Eilish, Ed Sheeran, Taylor Swift, and Shawn Mendes. Campers learn individual parts, master the techniques that make each track unique, and develop the skills to play the music they already love with real confidence and style. Song selections are updated each year to keep the repertoire fresh and exciting. The camp wraps up with a mini recital showcasing each student's progress. Music reading ability required. All sessions are taught by university-trained faculty on staff and conclude with a mini-performance at the end of the camp week. Spots are limited - secure your child's place today!
