A donation-based Baby + Me gathering for newly postpartum mamas, caregivers, and pre-toddling babies. Come for unstructured play, bonding time, and community in our cozy studio space - bring a few favorite baby toys. No yoga required (and you do not need to attend Baby + Me Yoga to join). We will occasionally host guest speakers like lactation consultants and pelvic floor therapists; join our Mamas WhatsApp group for updates.
