This martial arts class focuses on the fundamentals of exercise, basic martial art techniques, how to handle life issues appropriate for this age group, and, of course, fun. This is a twice-a-week monthly class for ages 3 to 5, meeting every Monday and Wednesday at 6:20 PM.
