About
Come explore, create, and have fun at Open Studio at Scribble Land Studio! This 1.5-hour creative experience gives children the freedom to explore our studio and dive into a variety of hands-on creative stations at their own pace. Each young creative will receive an 8x10 canvas to paint freely, along with plenty of opportunities to experiment, create, and let their imagination lead the way! For even more creative fun, children can choose to add on a paper mache wand, wooden sword, art kit to take home, or their very own paper mache animal for an additional cost. We also have a variety of art kits available in the studio! Cash, Venmo, and Zelle are accepted for in-studio purchases. Come create, explore, and make some art with us! 🎨

More about this business
Founded in 2012 by a dedicated educator and Montessori guide, Scribble Land Studio was born out of a passion for nurturing young minds through the freedom of "process art." Today, the studio serves toddlers through elementary-aged children with a range of creative programs including weekly art classes, themed summer camps, and interactive "Makers Mix-Up" stations. Students explore various mediums like drawing, painting, sculpture, and collage, often starting with a book or mini art history lesson to spark their imagination. Every session is designed to prioritize the creative journey over the final product, frequently integrating STEAM challenges and sensory play to build critical thinking skills. Since the studio encourages hands-on, immersive exploration, children should wear comfortable clothing that is okay to get messy and arrive in closed-toe shoes with a reusable water bottle. For camp sessions, parents must provide a daily peanut-free snack and a lunch, as the studio does not provide food. Watch your child’s confidence and creativity grow in a vibrant studio where every scribble matters and every mess is a masterpiece in the making.
