About
This martial arts class focuses on exercises designed to help kids reach the athlete level, martial art techniques that lead toward the path to black belt, and how to set realistic goals appropriate for their age. The class is designed to be challenging, encouraging, and fun. This is a twice-a-week monthly class for ages 6 to 12, meeting every Monday and Wednesday at 5:45 PM.
