Jam Session is an ensemble music camp for students ages 12 and up at Music Institute of North Texas in Frisco, TX. Designed for musicians ready to make music with their peers, this exhilarating camp brings together guitar, piano, drums, and voice students to collaborate, experiment, and perform as a group. Music reading ability is required, and at least two years of prior music study is strongly recommended for a fully immersive experience. Campers develop real ensemble skills - listening, adapting, leading, and supporting - that transform individual musicians into confident, collaborative performers. All instruments are provided. All sessions are taught by university-trained faculty on staff and conclude with a mini-performance at the end of the camp week. Spots are limited - secure your child's place today!
