Guitar Intro is a beginner guitar camp for students ages 6-12 at Music Institute of North Texas in Frisco, TX. Aspiring guitarists learn all the essentials - note reading, chord strumming, and basic music theory - through a combination of private and group instruction led by university-trained MINT faculty. Students build real technique and musical understanding from day one, progressing at a pace that feels both encouraging and rewarding. The camp concludes with a relaxed recital where campers showcase their brand-new guitar skills to family and friends. Students may bring their own guitar or borrow one of MINT's instruments during camp. All sessions are taught by university-trained faculty on staff and conclude with a mini-performance at the end of the camp week. Spots are limited - secure your child's place today!
