A fun, lighthearted family yoga class with songs, games, stories, and playful movement to build coordination, balance, and body awareness. Perfect for kids ages 2-10 and their grown-ups. Everyone attending must have their own ticket (including little ones). At least one parent must attend with each kiddo (up to 2 kiddos per parent is fine). This is not a drop-off class. NOTE: This class does NOT meet at the studio - meet at the leasing office at Alia's home (The Alexan Garza Ranch apartments).
