About
A slings and silks class for teens aged 11-15. All levels welcome. Beginners will focus on basic conditioning and flexibility as well as new and exciting skills. Intermediate students will focus more on next level conditioning, combining skills/moves into sequences, and adding to/progressing skills/moves.

Come have fun swinging, spinning, climbing, and (carefully) inverting! The various aerial arts are a great way for kids to learn complex coordination, gain full body awareness and strength, and work on fine and gross motor skills in a fun and exciting way!
