Dallas: Thanksgiving Camp (Kids)

Thanksgiving Film Camp turns school break into a hands-on filmmaking experience where kids and teens work together to create a finished short film from start to finish. Campers develop a story, write and plan scenes, work with cameras, act, direct, film, edit, and add credits as they bring their ideas to life on screen. The camp is designed for ages 7–17 and welcomes beginners with no prior filmmaking experience required. All equipment is included, and campers receive personalized support in a small-group environment with a 12:1 camper-to-instructor ratio. By the end of camp, each participant is credited on a completed short film that may be shared through the Film Camp YouTube channel.

It’s a creative, collaborative way to spend Thanksgiving break while building confidence, storytelling skills, teamwork, and real-world filmmaking experience.
