In this camp, kids bake the cake of their wildest dreams. Throughout the week, young bakers explore every step of the process — conceptualizing, designing, baking, sculpting, filling, frosting, and working with fondant. They’ll experiment with creative designs and get hands-on experience with real decorating tools. By Friday, every camper walks out with a fully decorated tiered cake they built from scratch. One-of-a-kind, ready to show off, and yes — completely edible.

Bake Austin offers hands-on culinary classes for beginners to advanced students who love to cook and bake. We are located in Central East Austin, and also offer virtual classes for those who want to join us from anywhere in the world.
