Build Your Own Robots and 3D Printing (Morning - Ages 10 to 14)

Students Lunch and Snacks: Please have your child bring a water bottle for the day. We will have snacks, but you are also welcome to pack your own. Please, no peanut products. In our LEGO WeDo Robotics course, you'll have hands-on experience in building STEM projects! Using LEGO block and coding with drag n drop techniques, you'll get to build your own robotic models and create the code to make your robots come alive! You will use motors, motion sensors, tilt sensors to make fun robots! You'll also have the opportunity to participate in FLL Jr. challenge! As part of this camp, you will learn everything you need to know to design and 3D print your own creations! You'll learn TinkerCAD, an awesome 3D modeling program that will let you design just about anything. You won't just get to design, we'll print out your favorite creation for you to take home! By the end of the week, each camper would have created their own robots! They will have learned how to make their robots come alive using drag and drop coding. They will have learned about using motors to build motions, motion sensors and so much more. They will have learned 3D modeling, XYZ coordinates and they will get a printed design to take home!
