Aerial Restorative offers a calming experience, using hammocks for relaxation and tension release.

This holiday season, let your child experience creativity, movement, and mindfulness at our Craft & Aerial Yoga Holiday Camp! Designed for kids ages 6-12, this fun-filled camp combines aerial yoga with festive craft-making for a balanced and engaging holiday break. Wear comfortable, form-fitting clothing (like leggings, t-shirts, or tank tops) that allow for movement. Avoid clothes with zippers, buttons, or anything that could get caught in the aerial hammocks. Avoid Heavy Meals Before Class: It’s best if your child avoids heavy meals at least 2 hours before class. Light snacks are fine if they need a quick energy boost, but they should avoid feeling too full or uncomfortable during class. No Late Entry: Arrive on time. Late entry is not allowed as warm-ups are critical to prevent injuries and ensure safety. It also helps kids mentally prepare for the class. Water Bottle: Be sure to bring a water bottle to keep your child hydrated during the class. Staying hydrated is key to maintaining energy and focus.
Grades: Elementary School, Middle School
